Custom Silk Tallit: Family Tree

Sarah created a special gift for my father with a photo of his 14 great children. It was a one of a kind special gift and meaningful from a Jewish tradition.

My son was leaning towards not having a tallit for his Bar Mitzvah, because he couldn't find one he liked, a friend posted a link to the Advah Designs website, I was looking through the options and saw the Family Tree design. I showed my son to see if he liked it, his eyes welled up with tears and said "yes, yes, yes, this is it". We decided on the photos and sent them to Sarah. We received the tallit last week and couldn't be happier. It is so beautiful and truly one of a kind.

I ordered a family tree tallit for my husband's 70th birthday. Sarah could not have been more accommodating and easier to work with. It is probably the most special gift I have ever given. So special, that I felt left out since it wasn't for me. She then made a scarf for me with the photos on it. In addition to the design, the fabric is really light weight...perfect for Atlanta weather. My husband wore his tallit this weekend to rave reviews.

To say that sarah did a wonderful and unique job is slighting her to some extent. She did a phenomenal job on creating a beautiful masterpiece that my daughter will have and wear with pride for the rest of her life. Sarah is not only a wonderful artist, she is also a marvelous people person. She aims to please to the fullest extent and really wants you to be happy with the finished product. My son will be having a bar mitzvah in two years and I can hardly wait to do this all again, and see what his tallit will look like.
